Overview
Bajaj Hamara Mall is a large-scale redesign initiative transforming the existing Bajaj Finserv platform into a unified digital ecosystem. While Bajaj Finserv currently operates as an e-commerce app and website, the redesigned vision reimagines it as a super app that integrates multiple lifestyle and transactional services including shopping, groceries, food delivery, and travel bookings.
The goal was to build a seamless experience that simplifies how users interact with everyday digital services under one brand.
As part of a cross-functional design team, I contributed to both UX and UI design across modules. My work focused on redefining the app and responsive web’s overall structure, establishing scalable design patterns, and creating consistent user journeys inspired by leading Indian digital ecosystems.
The redesign required building a cohesive visual and interaction framework that could evolve with the brand’s growing service offerings. My responsibilities included user flow mapping, layout exploration, and defining reusable interface components for scalability.
